Tangent Staff Crashes 464 Gallery's Opening Gala

A couple of Tangent's esteemed dissidents dropped into the Grand Opening Gala of Buffalo, New York's newest (and quite possibly, snazziest) art gallery, 464. Piped up one purported Tangent staffer, "Holy Hell! This place blows that Albright Knox shit house out of the artsy fartsy water!"
A good time was, naturally, had by all.
If you're in the 'hood, and just itchin' to take in some local art, make sure you drop in, and tell 'em Tangent sent you. The gallery is located at 464 Amherst Street in Buffalo.
Oh, yeah: While you're there marvelling at all the exquisite objects of art, amble on over to their book section and pick up a copy of our magazine.

Okay. It's been far, far too long since we've posted any new info on the upcoming issue of our little ol' magazine, and it's high time we did. For 1.) You, our Avid Readers, Contributors, and Sponsors deserve a little news every now and again, and 2.) We're quite frankly sick and tired of receiving whiny emails every other day asking us (revert to whiny sounding inner monologue...NOW!) "When are you going to give us some news about Taaaaaaangeeeeennnt!?!"
Lord in Heaven. If I have to read yet another moaning query from my email box and do that inner monologue voice one more f#@cking time...
Anyway. Here's the news: The new issue is a mere month or so away and should be hitting both the virtual stands over at lulu.com and selected book sellers. Not only that, but Tangent and DreamMiners Publishing will be once again attending the Buffalo Small Press Book Fair. Make sure you drop by and meet the Mag's staff, contributors, mingle with like minded fans and book lovers, and offer all that emotional support that our fans are renowned for.

THE SPRING ISSUE IS ALMOST FINISHED!

After agonizing months of effort, spewing out vats full of elbow grease, leaving a mile wide composite stretch of empty, styrofoam coffee cups, Vivarin bottles and Slim Jim wrappers, the Premier Issue of "Tangent" is almost complete. And we here at the bullpen want you, our dear, dear Readers and Contributers to know, it looks amazing!

Almost freakishly so.

So freakishly amazing that in the past week we've been recieved several offers from Vegas showman, European Circus Troupes, and traveling burlesque shows, all of which want our little Ol' magazine to make just a brief, cameo appearance upon their various stages.

Sorry, Charlies. Our magazine maintains its "keepin' it real" credo, and wishes to steer clear of any sort of extraeneous hoopla.
